ClearWater Launches a unique on-line ability test — Intellecto
ClearWater has launched a highly unique and advanced on-line psychometric ability test. Unlike traditional tests that provide a single percentile ability score, Intellecto offers very rich interpretive output coupled with a match of response pattern to eight employee populations ranging from shop-floor to Board Directors.
Intellecto © is a novel and advanced on-line Critical Reasoning test. It measures abilities that have clear relevance for high level performance in any organisation. This unique test informs recruitment specialists involved in the selection and development of managerial and professional staff.
Intellecto © is an exceptionally sophisticated instrument that:

Intellecto © includes 50 benchmarked questions. The respondents’ performance is assessed through a combination of the number of correct answers; the questions that were selected; and the time it took to complete the questions.
