Extensively experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a finance background and IT skills. Line managed teams (including providing professional development and sales training), managed projects over £150,000 in value to time and budget and developed business in both major areas of experience in excess of £100,000 p/a. Ensured compliance with legal and ethical standards, acting as professional supervisor in OP and as examiner in finance. Developed innovative and effective strategies to increase value of services to clients and strongly motivated by ill-defined and changing situations, opportunities for personal growth and solving problems. Enjoys learning (e.g. completing post-graduate IT diploma by part-time study for interest) and completed a Diploma in Coaching to provide additional skills and tools in executive coaching work.
