He effectively manages large-scale projects (100+ days) covering project planning, facilitation of client project teams, and team engagement and management. He is a credible coach and trainer for coaching (coach the coach), assessment and management skills. He has a proven track record in client account management, business development, project management and internal consultancy. Is an experienced supervisor of chartered occupational psychologists. Kevin Is a qualified Tai Ji teacher and a complementary medicine practitioner.
