Diane is a resourceful and experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has 15 years experience in providing, coaching, development and psychological assessment across a wide range of private and public sector organisations. Diane is a highly experienced assessor (she is Civil Service Fast Stream Assessor), and trainer for assessment leadership and management skills. She also gained a great deal of experience of leading and managing a successful business as a Director of Criterion Partnership Ltd.

Diane has worked across a wide range of industry sectors, but specialises in public sector. She provided a variety of HR services to include: Executive coaching, occupational assessment, leadership development, management development, design of employee assessment and development initiatives, and change management programmes. Diane has worked with the likes of: Environment Agency, Dstl, Nationwide, Zurich, Specsavers, CCSB, Ford Motor Company, Eon, Highways Agency, Crown Agents, Boots, Morgan Stanley, GlaxoSmithKlein, Allied Irish Bank, and Grampian Country Foods Group.
